USS was founded in 1988 and has continued its development journey for underprivileged communities for more than three decades.

মাইক্রোক্রেডিট রেগুলেটরি অথরিটি (MRA) কর্তৃক পরিদর্শন মাইক্রোক্রেডিট রেগুলেটরি অথরিটি (MRA)-এর তিন সদস্যবিশিষ্ট একটি পরিদর্শন দল কর্তৃক উন্নয়ন সহায়ক সংস্থা (উসস), মৌলভীবাজারের প্রধান কার্যালয় ও মাঠ পর্যায়ের কার্যক্রম পরিদর্শন করা হয়েছে। পরিদর্শন দলটি ১৮ আগস্ট ২০২৬ তারিখ রাতে উসস কার্যালয়ে আগমন করেন এবং ১৯ আগস্ট ২০২৬ তারিখে সংস্থার প্রধান কার্যালয় ও মাঠ পর্যায়ের বিভিন্ন কার্যক্রম পরিদর্শন করেন। পরিদর্শন কার্যক্রম শেষে ২০ আগস্ট ২০২৬ তারিখ সকালে পরিদর্শন দল উসস কার্যালয় ত্যাগ করেন। পরিদর্শন দলের সদস্যবৃন্দ ছিলেন: ১. জনাব লায়লা জাবীন, উপপরিচালক ২. জনাব মিনহাজুল আবেদীন, সহকারী পরিচালক ৩. জনাব চন্দ্র চন্দ্র কর্মকার, উপসহকারী পরিচালক MRA-এর পরিদর্শন কার্যক্রম যথাযথভাবে ও সুষ্ঠুভাবে সম্পন্ন হয়েছে। পরিদর্শন কার্যক্রমে সংশ্লিষ্ট সকলের সহযোগিতা ও দায়িত্বশীল ভূমিকার জন্য উন্নয়ন সহায়ক সংস্থা (উসস)-এর পক্ষ থেকে আন্তরিক ধন্যবাদ ও কৃতজ্ঞতা জ্ঞাপন করা হচ্ছে।

**শোক সংবাদ** অত্যন্ত ভারাক্রান্ত হৃদয়ে জানানো যাচ্ছে যে, উন্নয়ন সহায়ক সংস্থা (উসস)-এর শ্রদ্ধেয় সহকর্মী জনাব মো: তোরাব আলী (মৌলভীবাজারে কর্মরত) আজ ০১ আগস্ট, ২০২৬ ইং তারিখ দুপুর ১২:১৫ ঘটিকায় আমাদের ছেড়ে না ফেরার দেশে চলে গেছেন (ইন্না লিল্লাহি ওয়া ইন্না ইলাইহি রাজিউন)। তিনি দীর্ঘ সময় ধরে অত্যন্ত নিষ্ঠা, সততা ও আন্তরিকতার সাথে উসস-এ দায়িত্ব পালন করে গেছেন। কর্মজীবনে তিনি একজন অত্যন্ত ভালো মনের মানুষ, দায়িত্বশীল কর্মকর্তা এবং সবার প্রিয় সহকর্মী ছিলেন। দীর্ঘদিনের এই সহকর্মীর অকাল প্রস্থান উসস পরিবারের জন্য এক অপূরণীয় ক্ষতি। কর্মজীবনে বা ব্যক্তিগত পরিচয়ে তিনি যদি অনিচ্ছাকৃতভাবে কাউকে কোনো কষ্ট দিয়ে থাকেন, তবে উসস পরিবারের পক্ষ থেকে সকলকে নিজ গুণে ক্ষমা করে দেওয়ার জন্য বিনীত অনুরোধ জানাচ্ছি। উসস পরিবারের পক্ষ থেকে আমরা মরহুমের বিদেহী আত্মার মাগফেরাত কামনা করছি এবং মহান আল্লাহর দরবারে প্রার্থনা করছি তিনি যেন উনাকে জান্নাতুল ফেরদাউস নসিব করেন। একই সাথে আমরা তাঁর শোকসন্তপ্ত পরিবারের প্রতি গভীর সমবেদনা ও সহমর্মিতা জ্ঞাপন করছি। আল্লাহ রাব্বুল আলামিন তাঁর পরিবারকে এই কঠিন শোক সহ্য করার ধৈর্য দান করুন। আমিন। --- **Obituary** It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of our respected colleague at Unnayan Shohayok Shongstha (USS), Mr. Md Turab Ali (working in Moulvibazar), who passed away today, August 1, 2026, at 12:15 PM (Inna Lillahi wa Inna Ilaihi Raji'un). He served USS with utmost dedication, sincerity, and honesty for a long period. Throughout his career, he was a remarkably kind-hearted individual, a responsible officer, and a beloved colleague to all. His untimely departure is an irreparable loss for the entire USS family. If he ever inadvertently hurt or offended anyone during his lifetime, we humbly request everyone to forgive him with a generous heart. On behalf of the USS family, we pray for the eternal peace and forgiveness of the departed soul and supplicate to Almighty Allah to grant him the highest place in Jannah (Jannatul Firdaus). We also extend our deepest condolences and heartfelt sympathy to his bereaved family. May Allah grant them strength and patience during this difficult time. Ameen.
